Brief:
To design and build a robust database-driven e-commerce website for a jewellery designer using ASP.NET. The site should be easy to update with new products, collections and offers. If possible, the site should also be fully DDA compliant and usable on mobile internet-ready devices such as PDAs.

Technologies used:
ASP.NET, C#, XHTML, CSS and an MS Access database.

Our solution:
The site was previously designed using XHTML and CSS, but was using ASP 3.0 for server-side code. Initially, the code was first ported to work within the .NET Framework, to provide a quick transition and initial performance boost. However, the site has since been completely redeveloped to take full advantage of all the .NET Framework benefits, as well as become more accessible.
